We specialize in the supply and distribution of high-performance Super Duplex Steel Pipes & Tubes designed to meet the demands of critical industries. These pipes are engineered with a balanced dual-phase microstructure consisting of both austenitic and ferritic stainless steel, offering enhanced strength and durability over conventional stainless steel grades. Our offerings are available in various diameters, thicknesses, and lengths to suit a range of applications. The superior quality of materials, combined with precision manufacturing, ensures dimensional accuracy, corrosion resistance, and ease of fabrication. We actively serve a wide customer base across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Iran, and Iraq through our robust and strategically located distribution network.
Technical Overview
Super Duplex grades such as UNS S32750, UNS S32760 and 32205 Pipes & Tubes are alloyed with high levels of chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen, granting these pipes exceptional resistance to aggressive corrosion types including pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. Their high mechanical strength, combined with superior fatigue and impact resistance, make them particularly suitable for demanding environments. These tubes and pipes maintain excellent weldability, often utilizing TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding methods, and can be formed with relative ease despite their high strength. With reduced nickel levels, Super Duplex offers a more economical solution compared to other premium-grade alloys, while still maintaining exceptional strength and corrosion resistance.
Applications & Industry Use
Thanks to their superior corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, Super Duplex Steel Pipes & Tubes are widely utilized across multiple high-demand sectors. They are essential in offshore oil and gas platforms, subsea equipment, chemical processing units, desalination plants, high-pressure RO systems, and marine engineering. Additional applications include firefighting networks, gas transportation systems, structural components, and heat exchangers. Their long service life and ability to withstand aggressive chemicals and extreme environmental conditions make them a preferred choice for industries that require both reliability and cost-effectiveness.
